I know it’s hard to find time in your day to meditate and reach a level of calmness in stressful situations, but luckily there’s an app to help guide you to achieve a successful meditation session! The app is called “Headspace” and it only takes about 10-15 minutes a day. It is simple, easy to use, and you can use it anywhere. I encourage you to take a couple of minutes when you wake up in the morning or right before you go to bed to meditate.
