Did you know that doctors reccomend you eat 3 servings (a total of 2 to 2 and 1/2 cups) of vegetables in a day? Eating this amount of vegetables can not only be easy, but also fun if you know the right recipes! Today, I am going to share my favorite recipe that uses celery! This recipe is most commonly known as “Ants on a Log”. This is because the final creation looks like ants crawling on a log!

What you’ll need:

Celery sticks – about 4 or 5

Peanut Butter – 3 Tbs

Raisins or crasins – 1/2 cup

First, it is important to wash the celery. Then, cut the stalks of celery into 2 or 3 even segments. Fill the main groove in the celery with peanut butter and press rasins in a line, one after the other, in the peanut butter. Enjoy!
