Yogurt Parfait

This is a protein-rich snack that’s easy to make for breakfast or lunch! Not only does yougurt contain lots of calcium, which is good for your bones and preventing osteoporosis, but it’s also very filling!

What you need:

1. 1 cup of vanilla yogurt

2. 1/4 cup of granola

3. 1 Tbs of honey

4. 1/2 cup of fresh fruit of your choice

Create altranating layers of fruit and yogurt. Top it off with granola and drizzle some honey on top. Enjoy!
